Embedding a YouTube Video
Prerequisites
Before you begin you'll need the following:
- A PowerPoint document with a slide to embed the video on
- A link to a YouTube video
Step-By-Step
In your PowerPoint locate the slide where you would like to display the YouTube video
Go to the "Insert" tab
Followed by "Video" > "Online Videos"
Simply insert your YouTube link into the box that appears and click "Insert"
Resize and position your video as necessary.
Additional Info
When you select your video the following tabs will appear
There are a lot of useful controls in here, most notably under the "Playback" tab.
In this tab you can control how your video plays when you reach the slide it's on.
